ABOUT ME

Through cross-disciplinary experiences in recreational management, personal training, and marketing communications, I aspire to empower others always—starting with you. 

I exercised discipline and discovered my purpose while pushing myself physically, on a playing field where my only competitors were my own ambitions. I hope you will too. 

A South Carolina native, I earned my Bachelor of the Arts in Strategic Communication from Clemson University in 2022, where I first entered the recreational industry in operational, administrative, and sales capacities. During my time in these roles, I discovered a passion for not only my own personal health and fitness, but guiding others towards achieving their own health and fitness goals.

Since then, I’ve relocated to Chicago, Illinois where I reside with my partner and our two dogs, acquired corporate and agency experience in Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) disciplines, and earned my Certified Personal Trainer credentials from the International Sports Science Association (ISSA).
